Please tell me where you can find an experienced specialist (HR or directly a technical specialist with 10 years of experience) to consult on general issues in terms of QA, UX / UI and related areas.
I am not interested in the technical side of the issue, but something in the spirit of career guidance / the beginnings of mentoring.
I would like to tell you about my experience, ask questions in the areas mentioned above, get some feedback, and recommendations on how to build a strategy and in what directions it is generally advisable to go.
