Everything is simple.
1. Check in the SDK manager that the driver is installed.
2. In the properties of the device (A1-713HD) click update driver - specify the manual path (...sdk\extras\google\usb_driver).
3. If the driver was not found, then you need to register the identifier of your device in the driver.
Then try updating the driver again. Everything should be set.
And by the way, in Win8 8.1, you need to disable driver signature verification. How to do it is written on the net.
