This can be done using the BTI database or Rosreestr, but how to get there?

BTI is very strict. In the same place, personal information about owners, registrations, etc. is very often there. Surveillance of employee requests, alarms for frequent requests, etc. A neighbor worked at the BTI, so she guessed for two weeks to look at the data on my apartment so as not to raise unnecessary questions .
