Where can I get a ready-made solution for outputting from a camera to the screen?

It is planned to transfer a translucent image from the camera to a computer via HDMI or USB in real time. Maybe there are ready-made solutions?

Canon has, if I'm not mistaken, an api for transferring images via usb.
Hdmi is simpler, but a video capture device will cost a pretty penny.
And yet, cameras do not know how to make translucent images.
