Where can I get a list of all cities in the world to fill in the select?

Good afternoon. My task is to make a user registration form, where you need to make three selects with a choice: 1) countries 2) cities 3) country code bodies and at the same time all these three selects must be connected, i.e. a person selects a country and in the city select he can select only cities from this country. I looked at different plugins like Chosen, Select2 and so on.
But my question is: how do I fill in these selects? Maybe there is some ready solution.. Thanks!
