Is there a database with Russian words in a format convenient for work (XML, JSON etc), with information about possible parts of speech, word forms for different genders, cases, numbers, etc.?

Such dictionaries do not exist in nature, and even in a convenient format :), but there are formats for storing dictionary entries that use different open dictionaries - XDXF, start here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XDXF
