We need a database of Russian names, separately male and female.
Preferably with "distorted" names, such as:

I suggest an idea: take the VK API and parse people in a large city, while writing down their names in the database and removing duplicates. So the base will be the most complete.
A male or female name can be determined by its ending, for example.
