Where can I get a database of English words with transcription to pull up to the site for learning?

Actually, there is a website and I want to do some things that, using some kind of filters (Animals, actions, and so on), display words to users. But where can I get this base, drive it in with my hands ..... well, it’s not very good, as it were ..
