Where can I find webcam usage logs?

After contacting the service center, the built-in webcam and microphone stopped working: the laptop simply does not see them. is it possible to find logs about the last successful use of these devices / history of their use? Win10

I don't know about the camera. But in Windows a lot is written to the system log.
