I am looking for any textbooks, books. Preferably in the public domain.
Programming language - Clojure. ClojureScript would also be of interest.

There are no textbooks and books as such in the public domain. You can push, but it's on their own, not small. Among other things, there is already a translation into Russian of Programming on Clojure by Chuck Emerick.
Here alexott.net/ru/clojure has most of the relevant (to this day) sources of information about clojure, from among open sources.
