I make "trading offers" according to the guide from Bitrix:

I can't understand this phrase, because I don't have it, or something is wrong did:
Go to the Offers tab and click the Add item button (C)

A product with trade offers should be created like this
A if the product has already been created. then convert it to trade offers like this:
