Where can I find the QEMU Virtual CPU driver for Windows Server 2008R2?

Hello!
Debian 9.5 has the latest version of KVM installed, Windows Server 2008r is installed on the virtual machine. Stuck in task manager

QEMU Virtual CPU 1.1.0
by the number of cores allocated to the virtual machine. I tried to slip the virtio-win-0.1.141.iso image into the virtual machine - the necessary drivers were not found.
How to win?

@Drno

So maybe set the item in KVM - copy the topology of the iron?
And there you already need to set the number of lope cores
