Where can I find the most comprehensive collection of page blocks and scripts for building a Gulp site?

I understand that I'm not asking an objective question. But still I want to know your subjective opinion.
Let's say we need to start a few similar projects that will be created with Gulp - Jade - Stylus - Bootstrap - Angular
It would be great to have a set of blank blocks for a header with a logo, menu, search form and a place for a phone.
Likewise, to set up the footer and other blocks on the page.
Thus, a universal boilerplate is obtained.
How do you choose a boilerplate for yourself?
Are you building from scratch?
Do you have several blanks depending on the basic technologies?
Or are you modifying third-party assemblies?
What is the best way to go, so that on the one hand it is fast, and on the other hand it is adequate to use and configure the necessary technologies for the frontend?
