Where can I find the make-jpkg program in debian?

I'm trying to add Oracle JDK to debian wheezey.
According to the instructions, you need to make a deb package. It gives me a message make-jpkg command not found
Where to look for it?

then you need to add the repository and install the java-package package , which includes make-jpkg .
