Where can I find the environment for interacting with MS SQL Server?

We started studying the theory of databases based on MS SQL Server at the academy. We use SQL Server Management Studio 2016 Developer. There is access to DreamSpark. But here's the problem: I have Windows 10 x86 on the 1st computer, on the 2nd Windows 7 x64. DreamSpark only has SQL Server 16 and 17 (both x64 only), which Windows 7 does not support. It turns out that on the first, that on the second I can not install this software. I have already tried to find a pirated 2008 to put on a 7-ku, but to no avail. I want to find SQL Server Management Studio 2008 Developer (or similar, but not Express!). I will not reinstall operating systems. Can you help with this problem?
