Probably it was easier to write it yourself. But there must be solutions. I have 100+ product categories that I would like to somehow display everything in a 100% block at 300px. At the same time, make the size of the inscription dependent on the number of products in this category. But apart from defective spinning balls, I did not find anything. And when it was not necessary to come across such scripts all the time. WHERE ARE YOU?

Make it a ul list with a flex property. Output in js or php a coefficient depending on the number of products and multiply the font size of each link to it.
"overflow: hidden" will fit the cloud to a fixed size.
