so my friend discouraged himself from doing programming. In fact, he was just getting started. I got a course where the solution of all sorts of "Olympiad" problems is on the move. This is all superfluous IMHO, if everything is fine with mathematics, then knowing any programming language, everything will turn into a coherent solution, if not, then no, it remains to hack on php sites or in other languages ​​that is not related to mathematics, it is much more valuable to determine an area where it is interesting to work and pull up more applied tasks.
