I need this sprite, does anyone have it?
For the same effect as on the screen. Just a little less blur ... Or how to do it in css? I can only text.
Thanks in advance.

If I understood correctly, then you need to look in the direction of blur :)

No, why does js just take a transparent blurred background and overlay it on top ...
It's not even css3, but 2.1 will do ..

background:путь к картинке;
z-index:1;
position:fixed;
top:0;

for example.

Here's an example of blurring on css But, it is not supported in most browsers. Here it is necessary.
In photoshop, this takes a png 32x32 image with a white background with a transparency of 0.4 (0.2-0.4 gradient is better) and a pixel blur. There is nothing complicated here .. And you are making some crutches =((( and tons of extra code =(( sheer disappointment.
