Where can I find SharePoint hosting version > 2010?

Good afternoon.
Rummaged in Google, did not find anywhere Sharepoint hosting version 2010 or more for ~ 5-10 users. Found on 50+ users, but it's expensive.
We bought MS Project 2013 in our organization and it cannot connect to WSS 3.0.
Couldn't find a way to connect to WSS 3.0 from Project 2013. Has
anyone else experienced similar issues?

Apparently, Sprinthost recently appeared services for Windows hosting, including Sharepoint hosting. Here is the news. Write to them, maybe they can help them. I myself use their virtual hosting and VDS.
