Where can I find ready-made templates for MediaWiki?

I'm looking for templates and I find some nonsense, where can I find templates for MediaWiki, and are they free (by template, I mean themes that are installed on forums and WordPress, etc.) ?

Because MW calls it Skins:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Category:All_skins
https://github.com/search?q=mediawiki+skin
But there are not as many of them as for WP.
