For practice, you can come up with tasks for yourself, see what is required for Junior, for example, working with Core Data, then you need to make a todo list, work with the HTTP protocol, make mini applications with twitter integration, they have everything in the description. Well, and so on.

I advise you to google "Tasks for programming". The Internet is full of tasks from the simplest to the most difficult. A programming language is a tool for solving a problem . No need to look specifically for Swift tasks.
