Where can I find prebuilt boost builds for Visual Studio 2017?

I heard about the possibility of not building boost on my own, but immediately downloading a ready-made build for VS, I didn’t find it on the off site and on the Internet too, what should I do?

Take vcpkg and assemble it yourself with a couple of commands.
