Where can I find open source offline QR code generator?

I am looking for an offline QR code generator with an OPEN source. Security issues are of great concern.
I don't want my contacts, links, passwords and so on to go "to the left". The possibility of creating "advanced" QR codes (with a logo, for example) is welcome. The program must be "portable" . I'm not a programmer so I can't check. The presence of open source, I think, will avoid "bookmarks". Interested in options for Android and other mobile systems.
