Where can I find official articles on Software Engineering?

Hello!
I'm interested in official articles from "IEEE transaction on software engineering" or "ACM transaction on software engineering" magazines on the subject of literate software development.
Namely :

• Design patterns
  
• Smart software architecture
  
• Software Development Methodology
  
• Design for scalability
  
• Model architecture
  

No matter how much I searched, there are simply no articles on these topics. Isn't good software methodology published in international journals?

person who is well acquainted with the principles of
design. It's not technology.
