Where can I find MOM for Windows Server 2003?

Most likely a lamer question, but how to get to MOM (Microsoft Operations Manager) for Windows Server 2003? Is it a role, service, component, installed separately? Where to find it?

MOM is a separate product. It is currently included with System Center 2012 (latest revision R2) and is called System Center 2012 R2 Operations Manager.
