Where can I find mod_rpaf2 for Apache 2.4.3 (Windows)?

I can't find the mod_rpaf2 module for Apache 2.4.3 under Windows.
Links from Google lead here stderr.net/apache/rpaf/ which, in turn, refers to the non-working www.gknw.de/development/apache/
Please tell me where to get this module, or if possible, upload it somewhere .

It's kind of like a standard module, should be bundled with Apache.

Well, download the sorts and compile it yourself.
For the most part, no one needs these modules for Windows and therefore they are not.
