Where can I find materials on node.js with es6+?

Hello. Is it possible to fully use es-6+ on the backend? So far I'm using only the basics like import/export, const. Advise the material where the new specification is used competently, pdf, video resource, etc. Thanks

The 8th node supports almost all the features of es6 and part of es7. But as far as I know, import/export is not natively supported yet.
