Where can I find lessons on Telegram bots?

I'm kind of familiar with TelegramBotApi, but I don't know how to use them in practice, etc. When I meet with any API, I always have such problems, I am not able to use them live in projects.
Advise lessons on writing bots on telegrams and how do you still need to learn any API?
