Where can I find good copyright material?

A friend made a request. There is a basic understanding about the above topics of the issue and a desire for further self-development. The material that we managed to find is mostly paid (various courses), and it is difficult to evaluate the presentation of the material. Please advise good resources/courses/books (preferably free or reasonably priced), also available in english. I will be very grateful ;)
