Where can I find documentation on the Jingle protocol in MatriX XMPP C#?

I am writing an xmpp client, C # was chosen for implementation. For work, I first used the agsXMPP library . Since agsXMPP did not support Jingle , the decision was made to change the library to MatriX . There is a tutorial on the developer's site , but I did not find anything in it that would help me deal with this protocol .
Maybe someone has worked with Jingle and could help? All this is necessary for voice transmission.
