Where can I find console output on power on and off in Linux?

Hello!
The question may sound silly, but I'm still new to Linux and don't understand the specifics. I'll explain as a "housewife".
When turning off and on the computer, some information is displayed in the console at boot. Is there any way to view them after downloading?
