Where can I find books on DB or SQL that describe transactions in detail?

Good day!
I am currently filling in the gaps in my knowledge of the database and SQL and have encountered such a problem that even in harsh books on the database like CJ Date there is no description of transactions, what they are, how they work, isolation levels, etc. Google gives out some articles and blogs. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong way?

in detail? Rough book? Then you are on your way here:
Transactional Information Systems Theory, Algorithms, and the Practice of Concurrency Control and Recovery, Gerhard Weikum and Gottfried Vossen

It seemed to me difficult to find a book on relational DBMS without a description of transactions. Yes, in the end, everything should be in the documentation for the DBMS!
