Where can I find an up-to-date tutorial/course on UIKit?

Hello, I am learning objective-c. I studied the Foundation framework using Stephen Kochan's tutorial, but as soon as I got to Cocoa Touch, the textbook contained data on iOS 3. I would like something more relevant, or rather, for iOS 7 or at least for iOS 6.
Tell me a good tutorial /course on UIKit for iOS 7. If in English, then preferably not a video course. Is there any alternative to Stanford in this regard?
