Where can I find an autopacher for my own game?

We need a program that will compare local files with the list received from the server and, in case of discrepancies, request the necessary files.
I met an option in which the autopacher downloads an archive with changes. But I don't think this is the right choice.
I do not want to create a bicycle, perhaps there are already ready-made solutions (preferably in C #)?

Have a look at wyBuild . Many big games use it for patching. But it's not the most obvious to set up...
