Hi all!
Help with a normal instruction in Russian for installing a local server on Linux.
It just so happened that I cheated on my beloved Windows and started using Linux.
But it's still hard to get my bearings on it.
A locale is needed very urgently.
And preferably everything is cool: Apache, php, smtp, git.
