For quite a long time I have been looking for a good specialist in the field of interfaces and usability, but so far without success .. Prompt telegarm chats with real people on design. Should a designer be able to typeset his own design?

Create jobs. And in your case, not one.

• A person who is skilled in visual design, and optionally in Usability
  
• A person who is good at interface usability
  
• A person who knows about the UX of your product (if you really need it)
  

Describe for what tasks you need him, on a permanent basis or as a temporary consultant. And then, I think you already know how to hire people.
