I have an android and I used the application Shopping . Appstore has it too .
My wife wrote what I needed to buy, I bought it in the evening. Both the app and the site are pretty nice, and the authors seem to be on the hub.
However, it turned out to be inconvenient. In our gallant XXI century it is more convenient to write down on a piece of paper =)

There is no explicit registration on the resource, but each visitor has his own shopping list (cookie identification), you can link several devices to one list. There is a quick selection of 16 pre-beaten products, you can also change to suit your needs.

On wp7 I use the free top task list app. I fill not only the shopping list, but also tasks, events and just notes so as not to forget.
