Where can I find a service for creating a calendar-form with access rights for users?

There is an office that is rented out for a time (by the hour), and several subtenants who rent it for a certain hour. Is there a service that allows you to create a calendar form that can be used by subtenants (for example, through access via a link) in the format:
- clicked on the link;
- looked at the free hours (at the same time, the already marked busy hours of other tenants were visible, impersonal);
- marked the appropriate time with a color specific to them.
