You need to enter 9 values:
•1: 1.5%
•2: 3.5%
•3: 5%
•4: 10%
•5: 60%
•6: 10%
• 7: 5%
•8: 3.5%
•9: 1.5%
The output should be the answer what the probability happened.
Or tell me the formula in excel.

8: 98.5
9: 100

2. Generate a random number in the range [0, 100), for example 35.8.
3. Look for the minimum number that is greater than the random one. This will be 80, which gives a value of 5.
