Where can I find a multilingual (or at least RU / EN) function for entering text from the keyboard?

I need a multilingual (or at least RU/EN) function to enter text from the keyboard.
The user clicks on the button, and the function returns a character.
Please help, maybe there is some class in the library for this.
PS For all those who want to write, use RichTextBox and analogues, you don't even have to write.
