Are there similar modules for Prestashop or do you do it by hand? I have a similar module, but there you can only upload a certain number of images in a row and of the same size, I'm interested in exactly the same order as in the picture.

Such modules are individual, made for a specific design and are part of the themes. Search addons.prestashop.com/en/3-templates-prestashop
Cheaper, of course, to make your own. It is possible even on the basis of the built-in editorial, in the HTML editor.
