Where can I find a list of providers to trace? The traffic on the site dropped sharply, for unknown reasons... Previously, there were problems with the network, not everyone opened the site. Then we moved to another server, since the main router was blocked from the previous one ... Traffic has not yet been restored, it continues to fall. Googled about providers, did not find anything worthwhile.

We look at the list of Tier 1 type operators on the wiki , find out their AS.
Run whois and find out their networks (Level 3 example):

whois -h whois.ripe.net -T route AS3356 -i origin | grep "route:" | awk '{print $NF}'
109.205.152.0/22
...
93.174.99.0/24

We do a trace to any network (well, or ping):
You can also take Russian operators, you only need to know their AS number.
