Where can I find a good tutorial on building a Material Design App for Android?

Preferably video courses.
Preferably in English.
Preferably no more than 5 hours.

Advanced Android App Development - here they just show an example (Lesson 6: Material Design).
Android Design for Developers - more theory.
I attended both courses as part of Nanodegree, the second will soon be available to everyone. I recommend subscribing to it. And of course, what Google itself ordered.
