Where can I find a good guide for a beginner RoR developer?
Hey!
The question is directed to those people who may have written similar manuals themselves or to developers who studied using a certain program / tutorial. I will be glad for any help from you in order to jump over to RoR :)
ps if there are enthusiasts to develop together, write your skype

I liked the railstutorial, I liked Hartle...
but I advise you to start with the hasbrains.org casts , and first watch the podcast about Ruby, and then about RoR, after that many questions will disappear when you read the railstutorial and watch rails for zombies.
And of course railscasts.com, although the material is old, but a lot can be learned as a basis.
Well, then there should already be a real task that you will solve. Experience will not replace any tutorials.
there is an excellent manual on habré:

On my own behalf, I would add that when I studied ruby, it was very difficult for me to understand the rails. It is not clear where all this magic is growing from, it is not clear where to look at the source code, and so on. So I started working with sinatr first, after I understood Ruby better I switched to rails. :)
