Where can I find a good docker security guide?

Where can I find a guide on application security (springboot) in docker containers on the Internet. Preferably based on redhat (centos, fedora).
Everything that I find is either highly theoretical (in style, isolation violation is possible, but not a word about what to really do with it and how), or in the style of a blunder and in production (disable selinux, install, run and you will be happy).
I would like a detailed article with the theory and its practical implementation.
