Hello. Recently, there was a desire to expand the circle of knowledge and learn how to develop sites on bitrix. I would like to install CMS on my local hosting in order to study, but unfortunately I don’t look anywhere, it is paid everywhere. Please tell me how you can legally install Bitrix on your local server.

There is no free version of 1C-Bitrix that you can use in full and without restrictions.
If you want to master the platform, you can do the following:
1) Form a partnership.
Upon registration (it is not necessary to be a legal entity), you will be provided with an NFR key for the Business edition.
With this you can start your study and there is no need to update it.
2) Use the 30-day free trial.
Within 30 days (+ about 2 more weeks with the message about the end of support) you can use the limited sets of Bitrix features, but it's better than nothing.
Is it possible to get free Bitrix?
No, unfortunately you cannot get a completely free Bitrix. Of course, you can hack it a little and remove some restrictions, but cloud capabilities will partially fall off along with them. The option with NFR in this case is preferable (no one forces you to register a legal entity or pay any money for registration).
