The requirements are quite simple - the editor must be with a user-friendly interface, omnivorous in terms of formats. I really like VideoPad Video Editor (there is a free version), but there are not without jambs that have to be bypassed from time to time. If not for these bugs, it would be just an ideal product.
And oh yes, and it must be under Windows.
