These set-top boxes can display web pages, while interacting with the device goes through the Javascript API.
Perhaps someone has come across the development of pages for these devices, or knows where to find a description for the STB-1001s model, for example?

As a rule, there are no documentation when working with such devices (except for Smart TV).
Ask the vendor for documentation if you work with them and the API is not consistent. Sometimes vendors have internal documentation for their boxes, for their developers.
