@Rupaka

I work a lot with such systems, there are many options
. In fact, I will offer my 3 options:
1) download.geonames.org/export/dump
2) wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim is nominatim.openstreetmap.org but there are also limits, but everything can be solved with the use of a proxy, you can also implement your own nominate but you need a cool serv and time)))
I collected the whole earth through a proxy for the first time - all the points on the map that have countries - I needed the coordinates of the countries just to feed them to Google Maps later already)
3) Googlemaps - but the limit is 2500 requests per day, but there are options) For example, parse not through the geocoder, but through the places API https://developers.google.com/places/web-service/search
You can feed the point and find out its address, if you enter the card number, then not 2500 requests are free, but 150,000 - and this is already normal, you can have 5-6 accounts on relatives' cards and you will be happy) (I have a limit of one and a half lyama per day)
If if you want to implement a drop-down list with tips on the site, then don’t reinvent the wheel and put google maps tips - both for the user adding information and for the one who is looking for - and store the data. in the database and you will be happy, at the prompts you can configure what to allow you to enter, for example, the current address, the current city - dig carefully https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/j...
And also if you enter a credit card, there will be up to 150,000 requests per day - and even if you do Airbnb, then you will have enough for the first year of work, and during this time you will collect the database and money for paid packages
