Where can I find a computer password on LINUX UBUNTU?

/etc/shadowis a text file containing information about system user passwords. But there is a hashed password. So just set a new password passwd pupkininstead of pupkin enter your username

You can change the password with the command passwd user_name, replace user_name with your username.

If there are still root rights (view with the id command), then just change it - there is nowhere to see it, just change it.

there is no way to recover the current password, upload it to singlemode and change passwords for whatever you want.
